From start to finish, the process of completing your new project is fairly simple. These are the basic steps taken for most projects
Step 1 - Pricing
We recommend starting the process with pricing. This will give you the budgetary information you will need to help guide you through the selection process. Customers are encouraged to bring a drawing to the showroom for instant pricing.
Also, feel free to call us anytime to schedule a free home visit and we'll do all the measurements for you.
Step 3 - Selections
This is a very important step. This is the last step to finalize all selections before templates. All material types and colors should be finalized as well as sinks, faucets, and any new appliances. Having all these selections made before templates will further help us insure a proper fit for your countertops
Step 2 - Backsplashes
Standard 4" Backsplash
This is the Most economical and most common style of backsplash. While 4" is an industry standard, backsplashes are cut to fit the exact needs of each individual project.
Full Height Backsplash
Full height backsplashes are often selected when trying to achieve that special "WOW" factor. This is the perfect way to accentuate the excotic characteristics of the stone.
The perfect complement to most any countertop selection. There are hundreds of pattern, color and material options to choose from. Let the knowledgeable design staff at Onslow Stoneworks help guide you through the selection process.
Step 4 - Templates
After pricing is completed, we are ready to make templates for your project. During the templating process, all decisions, i.e. sinks, faucets, edges, backsplashes, etc. are solidified. Once templates are completed, we encourage our customers to come to the fabrication facility and layout the templates with the coordinating material. This is the best way to make sure that the pieces to be fabricated are cut exactly to your specifications.
Step 5 - Installation
The last and final step is Installation. After templates are made you will be given a time and date for install. At the time of installtion we will tear out any existing countertops and tile. Typically installs usually take about 3-4 hours and are usually completed on the same day.
